Procurement and Supply Chain is in charge of the procurement of goods and services, both trade and nontrade for the European organization. This department takes care of vendor selection management, inventory management and planning, in addition to managing and developing supply chain activities across Europe.

Marketing and Merchandising
Marketing and Merchandising aims to deliver quality products against competitive prices, best in class services and smart solutions for our customers. In an integrated approach of merchandising and marketing, the department sets out strategic and tactical goals to gain and fulfill market opportunities.

Franchise Operations, New Markets and Sales Support is the official name of this department. It is responsible for the development of the franchise market in Europe. They will take the lead I the development of new markets and furthermore this department is owner of all the sales processes. Also analysis and reporting is done by members of this team. New Markets Strategy and Sales Support explores, identifies, developes and implements new market segments, partnerships and franchise activities. Through smart execution of analysis and reporting activitities, the availability of customer data is key in our vision to strive for close and direct contact with customers. Aside from leading the development of new markets, the department owns all sales and support processes and key European accounts.
