In 2006 Office Depot acquired the Papirius business and became a major player in the office supplies industry throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Shortly after Office Depot successfully launched its contract business in Poland. The main facility in Hostivice, Czech Republic is used to supply Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian and Polish markets to support their growing business.
